Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent acute
care experience in Medical Surgical License: Active state nursing
license required upon submission Certifications: BLS required,
NIHSS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Must live within 75 miles
of the facility Description: Position: RN Medical Surgical Shift:
3x12s, nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. No block scheduling is
available. Call requirements: None. Weekend Requirement: Every
other weekend, 2 weekends per month. Requested Time Off (RTO): 5
days maximum with no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO on
holidays or on the day prior or after a holiday. RTO is not
permitted on weekends. Floating: Mandatory float policy in effect,
resources may be required to float at the discretion of the
facility. Resources may be floated outside of their primary area of
competency. Notification to float may occur 2 hours before a shift.
Refusal to float may result in cancellation of the contract.
Orientation: 24 hours of non-billable orientation required.
Candidate must be responsive and provide estimated times of arrival
for all required items. Lab work must be completed within 72 hours
of accepting the assignment. Failure to comply with expectations
may risk continuation of the assignment. All time off must comply
with the RTO policy.
