Milwaukee, WI 53203 Schedule: Full-time (Contract-to-Hire after 320
hours) Interview Process: Phone, Virtual, and In-Person About the
Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily
operations at a client site. This role is responsible for managing
a small to medium-sized team, ensuring service excellence, and
maintaining strong client relationships across multiple contracted
services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong
customer service skills, the ability to prioritize competing
demands, and proven experience managing people and operations in a
professional, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
Accountable for daily operations of a small to medium-sized site
and managing a team of direct reports Ensure contract compliance
and service delivery across Copy, Courier, Managed Print,
Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services Lead recruiting, hiring,
onboarding, training, performance management, employee counseling,
and retention initiatives Communicate team priorities and foster a
positive, customer-focused work culture Maintain regular, formal
communication with the client and ensure alignment with service
level agreements (SLAs) Conduct site walkthroughs to validate job
responsibilities are being fulfilled (conference room sweeps,
meeting room setups, etc.) Monitor production labor percentages and
quality control metrics Utilize Ricoh Service Excellence tools to
improve operational quality Identify service gaps or scope changes
and adjust processes while maintaining financial accountability
Support customer reporting, business reviews, and presentations
Coordinate with internal sales teams on pricing, orders, and
invoicing issues Perform additional duties as assigned Required
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) 3–5 years of
experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment)
3–5 years of customer-facing experience (required) 2 years of
managerial experience (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of
technology and technical aptitude Proficient with Office 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to
present to medium-sized groups Strong problem-solving and strategic
thinking skills Physical & Work Environment Requirements Office
environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the site
regularly Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Moderate dexterity
required (keyboard use, basic tools, hand-eye coordination)
