Summary: The MarketingManagerleads internal, external, and business development-related marketing as it relates to brand awareness initiatives at Leopardo. This role partners with Leopardos full-service and integrated in-house marketing department to deliver traditional and cutting-edge materials and messaging for the company and occasionally its clients.This role owns the social media program and works to build brand awareness among current and prospective clients, partners, and other target audiences.TheMarketingManager collaborates with other members of the department to develop, execute, and report on the effectiveness of social mediacampaignsas well as support additional marketing initiatives such as events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead social media marketing efforts, including campaign conceptualization and implementation.Manage all Leopardo-owned social media marketing platforms from the content calendar through engagement.Oversee merchandise function, including sourcing, stocking and distribution of in-office stock, company store and one-off items for job sites, clients, and employees.Contribute to strategy and planning of new objectives and strategies relating to all facets of the department.Support brand management and overall quality control efforts of the department and its work product. Create and manage protocols for efficiencies within all facets of the department.Lead and manage the proactive creation of marketing collateral.Maintain databases used for tracking project and company key fact and figures.Stay on top of the latest trends in marketing and strategize meaningful ways to implement into Leopardos efforts.Investigate new content creation tools, technologies, and software, as well as recommend and/or integrate.Collect relevant marketing metrics and lend support in analyzing them to drive and direct marketing efforts.Collaborate with event manager in event marketing efforts, including planning and hosting events.Attend events, tradeshows, golf outings, etc. in a non-sales capacity to help setup/takedown. Support content marketing and media relations by helping source outlets, topics and playing liaison between in-house thought leaders and external media outlets.Support PR initiatives by tracking press release needs, creating/maintaining media lists, sending to media, etc. Assist with multimedia efforts, including photography and videography conceptualization and production.Assist in maintaining all Leopardo-owned websites (Leopardo, Leo@Work, etc.).Assist in leading, developing and implementing internal communication initiatives.Manage vendor relationships relevant to the specific role.Attend pre/post-job meetings and communicate/delegate marketing needs to the department at large.Support the RFP and RFQ process as required.Supervisory Requirements: None.Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English) or equivalent training and experience preferred.3+ years of experience in marketing, AEC, CRE or professional services industry experience.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) for graphic design.Experience with social media scheduling / listening / engagement tools (preferably Meltwater).Experience with paid social media advertising (LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Experience with email marketing software (Mailchimp).Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Planner).Writing skills and strong grasp of basic grammar and punctuation is necessary.Design skills, graphical aptitude and photography skills are a plus. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: A valid drivers license is a necessity.Physical Demands: Representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role and performed in a professional office setting. The employee is consistently required to talk or hear; stand, walk and sit in combination and / or sequence; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; have adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; keyboard, write and read. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must have the ability to travel when required.Work Environment: Representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job operates in a controlled indoor environment where the noise level is usually quiet. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
