Job Description:
Roers Companies, a leader in multifamily residential development
in the Upper Midwest, is seeking a dedicated Porter to help
maintain the high standards of cleanliness and upkeep at our
properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic,
attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent
service. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways,
lobbies, and stairwells. Assist in the upkeep of outdoor areas,
including landscaping and parking lots. Perform basic maintenance
tasks and report any major repair needs to management. Handle waste
removal and recycling processes. Ensure adherence to safety
policies and compliance with regulations. General knowledge of
cleaning and maintenance equipment and supplies. Ability to handle
physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational
skills. Basic handyman skills for minor repairs. None specifically
required, but training or certification in facilities maintenance
or related field is a plus.
