-About this Position:

The purpose and function of the Technical Training Instructor position is to deliver technical training curriculum to dealer service personnel through an assigned training center and through in-dealer training. The instructor also maintains equipment, vehicles, and the facility. -Training operations and maintenance must be aligned with all Honda, State, and Federal standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory mandates. -As a training expert, you will analyze the training needs of districts, dealers, and individual technicians, making appropriate recommendations. You will also support The Parts Service & Technical group with curriculum creation and review.



Responsibilities include: -

• 
  
• Delivering Honda and Acura technical training
  
• Maintaining the training center facility, vehicles, and equipment
  
• Maintaining Professional Certifications and Associations
  Required Work Experience:
  
  
  • 
    
  • In-depth knowledge of all automotive systems and regulatory issues
    
  • Strong Presentation Skills
    
  • ASE Master Technician certification +L1

    • In-depth knowledge of all automotive systems and regulatory issues
      
    • Teaching/Instruction experience
      
      
      
      
      
      • 
        
      • Required Education:
        
      • AA/AS Degree in Automotive
