Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a part-time travel
position serving PreK-2nd grade students in a school setting
located in Carol Stream, IL. This role focuses on delivering
specialized speech and language support to young learners,
fostering an inclusive environment that meets diverse educational
needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with special needs.
Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support
staff, and parents to enhance inclusive learning. Monitor and
assess student progress regularly, adapting therapy and teaching
strategies as necessary. Provide services for students within a
caseload focused on early childhood education (PreK-2nd grade).
Qualifications: State Speech Language Pathologist certification.
Proven experience in school-based settings, particularly with young
students. Strong communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with
speech therapy methodologies applicable to school environments.
Location: Carol Stream, Illinois (travel position within school
