Technician! Role Summary: PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a
global leader in the HVAC industry to hire a Traveling HVAC
Controls Commissioning – Lead Field Service Technician . In this
role, you’ll be the go-to expert for commissioning,
troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced HVAC control systems. Your
work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and efficiency of
commercial buildings across the country. If you thrive on solving

to make a difference. Pay Rate: 40–43 per hour Travel: Up to 70%
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Commission, start up, and tune HVAC
control systems to meet customer specifications. Install,
configure, and test pre-engineered software and hardware. Diagnose
and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency. Manage
scope of work from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with project managers on hardware, software, and
graphics needs. Perform open systems and third-party integrations
across multiple protocols. Ensure compliance with configuration
management policies and regulatory standards. Provide customer
training and support sales activities when needed. Mentor and coach
junior technicians to elevate team performance. Required Skills:
Strong understanding of MSI (Integrations) . Solid knowledge of
Electrical Systems and Mechanical Systems . Preferred Skills:

Pay Details: 40.00 to 43.00 per hour Benefit offerings available
