Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service commercial and residential systems throughout Walworth County and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality service in the field. What You’ll Do Service and repair rooftop units (up to 25 tons), boilers, in-floor heat, ductless systems, and split systems Diagnose compressors, fan controls, heat exchangers, and related components Read blueprints and complete accurate service documentation Work independently or alongside another technician as needed Support training and mentorship of junior technicians Requirements 5 years of HVAC service experience (preferred) Commercial and residential HVAC background Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Organized, professional, and customer-focused communication Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 75 lbs Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Ongoing training (online and in-person) Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation Supportive, team-oriented work environment
