Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Job Description As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maximizing corporate profitability by ensuring that production centers are well-equipped with materials and supplies necessary for manufacturing scheduled products. You will serve as the champion of our IQMS and inventory systems, maintaining accuracy across all shifts by training and mentoring material handlers on proper usage and data entry into IQMS. Responsibilities Ensure production centers are staged with necessary materials and supplies. Champion IQMS and inventory systems. Maintain accuracy in IQMS system across all shifts. Train and mentor material handlers on proper usage and data entry into IQMS. Essential Skills Experience with inventory management. Ability to perform cycle counts. Proficiency in data entry. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Knowledge of ERP systems. Understanding of plastic materials. Experience in material handling. experience in injection molding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 1 years in inventory management. At least 2 years of experience in plastics materials. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work on the first shift from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 3pm. Engage in a structured environment where precision and timeliness are key. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saukville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
