Job Description Job Description *This is a West Allis, WI onsite
job based opportunity.* Summary The primary role of this position
is to be Steele Solutions (SSi) customer site contact for the
assigned projects. The Field Project Manager works at various
customer locations and travels frequently to different project
sites. When not traveling, this position is based on-site at our
West Allis, WI office and requires approximately 50% travel. The
Field Project Manager works with the Project Management team and
other departments to support the successful implementation of
complete platform systems for our clients through meticulous
documentation, coordination and communication. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not
all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and
responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to
time. Assist in the development of site project plans, site project
schedules, facilitating the administration and maintenance of all
site project documentation. Support the delivery of a project in
accordance with the schedule. Reduce platform warranty expense and
exposure through active conflict resolution and facilitation with
both internal employees and external clients, vendors, partners,
etc. While on-site: Make tactical decisions ensuring achievement of
site related project goals, consulting with the PM group and
engineering when required. Material verification: sample shipments
for correct quantities, quality, paint, etc. Train customers on SSi
product install procedures and answer questions for all projects.
Assist customers in locating misplaced or missing materials. Assist
customers with material rework procedures as required. Employee is
responsible for meeting all safety requirements associated with a
given site or customer. Support the Project Management team with
change orders, ship and shop direct, MADDs, and QCBD entry and
follow up. Foster and instill positive communication between
internal teams, general contractors, city/county permitting
inspection officials, sub-contractors and the customer. Site
reports: Create and send Raken reports for each site visit. Follow
up on action items to closure. Drive and support high levels of
accountable performance both internally and externally. Maintain
communication with internal and external teams and ensure timely
assistance. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications To perform this

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
or related field preferred 3-5 years experience in project
management/site supervision in an industrial construction site
necessary Ability to travel throughout North America and work at
project sites approximately 50% of the time is required. Must have
a valid driver's license & ability to travel to all SSI job sites
Strong business acumen Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required Experience with
project management and collaboration software preferred Familiarity
with AutoCAD and Tekla design software preferred Strong
organizational, time management, and problem solving/analytical
skills required Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the office and
customer sites. Ability to be decisive, self-driven and establish
credibility while supporting company priorities Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and
vendors. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all
levels of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to
calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of
basic algebra. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply commonsense
understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral,
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands The
