Director, E-Commerce Product Management (Remote) The Director, E-Commerce Product Management is responsible for defining and leading the consumer product roadmap for global E-Commerce storefronts in North America and Europe, ensuring that projects and priorities are aligned with overall business strategy. With proven successes leading improvements, an understanding of emerging digital trends and best practices, strong collaboration with technology and business partners, the Director, E-Commerce Product Management is the key driver for creating a best- in-class digital experience and future-proofing the customer experience for our growing customer base.

  • Maintain knowledge on all products and services of website and recommend enhancements.
  • Lead the digital roadmap and strategy for E-Commerce channels
  • Provide leadership to the team by prioritizing and defining the product roadmap with strong partnership and alignment within the business
  • Drive innovation with new, bold ideas that push the limits of what we can do
  • Develop an understanding of our consumers and the industry to create the most compelling digital experience
  • Identify short and long-range growth opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, marketplace dynamics, consumer habits and behaviors and company strategies
  • Drive strong relationships, collaboration and alignment cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, technology and business teams, and external partners.
  • Manage budget requirements with internal and external business stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners and drive shared projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Identify and track measurable KPIs that define the success of each product development initiative
  • Prioritization of roadmap backlog to best support the needs of the business
  • Manage product managers in creation of detailed requirements, user needs, functional specifications in the form of user stories, wireframes and user flows to communicate ideas between business, design, engineering and operational teams About You:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 7+ years relevant experience within Cloud/SaaS E-Commerce websites, Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus.
    • Minimum 3+ years' experience in leading product management teams for consumer facing retail brands
    • Experience in an Omni-channel retail environment with a track record for building strong relationships
    • Experience in product-specific application architecture
    • Strong understanding of product management, program management and E-Commerce and agile product development practices
    • Executive presence and strong presentation skills with ability to influence and present cross-functionally and with senior level management
    • Strategic, analytical thinker who understands E-Commerce and customer behavior
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
