The Transformation Change Director will be the right hand to the HR VP of North Americas and Global Operations. This is a critical role that will help enable our repositioning to a purpose-led, high-growth company in the Food and Beverage Ingredients market. There is currently great buy in and support from the senior executive team to make changes to our culture, processes, and capabilities in the near term.In this hands-on, standalone role, you will work closely with leadership teams as well as with our partner teams in Human Resources to ensure our business functions smoothly and is considered a formidable opponent in the war for talent. You will be responsible for creating strategies and driving solutions in the OE/Change space across the North Americas and Global Operations businesses as we scale and grow over the next five years, ensuring that we are getting the most out of our talent, investments and resources. What you'll be doingTaking the lead overall culture transformation on behalf of North America's (NOAM) HR - shaping objectives and strategy, driving key deliverables to achieve a progressive, modern and inclusive culture. Working in collaboration with HRVP, business executives, HRBPs, and specialist teams. Acting as transformation office for culture change in NOAM, coordinating requirements for the various projects, ensuring scope is maintained and deliverables are aligned and implemented, and communications are clear to all stakeholders. Using your consulting skills, creativity and problem solving with a wide variety of business and HR stakeholders to identify issues, reconcile difference of opinion and then shape recommendations with relevant HR SME. Leveraging expertise and contributing to the transformation objectives - whilst will personally lead on critical pieces of work, for example a policy overhaul within HR or critical cross-functional projects between business areas. Owning data analytics for the region, data gathering and conducting analysis as needed for strategy development, ensuring that reporting is in place to manage and support our people strategyAssisting in the implementation of recommended change and process improvements, instituting "best practices" throughout NOAM HR functionIdentifying and driving projects that help NOAM HR integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder valueEnsuring that deliverables meet the needs of customers and are consistently produced to a high qualityAssisting as required for all points in M deal cycleManaging and directing workforce planning for NOAM and Operations including requisition reconciliationOrganizing Survey action planning in partnership with HRBPs across NOAM & OperationsWhat you'll need to have to be successful in the roleYou'll have a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, preferably in OD or I/O Psychology15 plus years with transformation and/or large-scale global change projectsExpertise in Human Resources practices including business partneringDemonstrated project management proficiencyChange Management experienceDemonstrated experience working in a global team or with global processesStrong analytical and written communication skillsFlexible and adaptableStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlinesAbility to work with at all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently while effectively managing timeWhat we can offer youAt Tate & Lyle you will have the opportunity to drive end to end to end solutions while owning a high level of accountability and ownership.
