What You Will Do: Manage the daily operations of inpatient admission functions including intake, liaison and clinical review functions.

• Assist with developing goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and -vision of the organization.
• Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, -and continuing education initiatives.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and initiatives.
• Monitor departmental budgets and regulatory compliance. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred.
  • Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred.
  • Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation preferred.Education:
    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degreerequired.Work Experience:
      • 3 years of experience required.
      • 5 years of experience preferred.
      • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
