LOCATION: Hoffman Estates, IL

You are the ideal candidate who oversees the creative design needs
of the organization, while leading the design team in the
development a wide range of marketing materials, and creating
innovative, lead-generating campaigns assets to support our growth
initiatives and brand identity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Develops a wide range of marketing materials, including multi-touch
campaigns, brochures, website graphics, eblasts, landing pages,
promotions, social media, video, tradeshow graphics, and others
Ensures that all marketing collateral meets branding guidelines and
timelines-taking design from concept to completion, and provides
direction to external resources when needed
Maintains a consistent brand image throughout all company materials
and assist in ensuring that standards are followed by all
associates on behalf of the marketing department
Collaborates in the strategy development of campaigns and provides
creative input and direction
Manages other Creative Team members and works closely with the
Digital Marketing Manager on website development needs
Manages relationships with outside vendors to obtain quotes, manage
deadlines and production/distribution of deliverables
Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work
performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in
a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and
procedures
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding
standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and
assignments
Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in graphic design or a related
field
Minimum of 6+ years of professional graphic design experience with
an agency or in-house creative department with samples of work
showcased in an online portfolio
Solid background in graphic design and production methods,
including layout, concept development, color theory, typography,
printing processes, and digital applications
Familiar with digital mediums and coding, including web, email, and
banner design, video/motion production, HTML, CSS, and responsive
design
Knowledgeable about design, illustration, and production using
graphic arts and other software applications in Mac environment,
including proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
A background in creating brand identity and lead generation tactics
across a variety of touchpoints (both print and digital)
Outstanding visual aesthetics and attention to detail in print and
digital design to ensure brand continuity and accuracy of
messaging
Ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced,
priority-changing environment, with the ability to absorb and
respond to constructive feedback
Strong communication skills
Awareness of the latest trends in graphic design and digital and
print technologies
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including
experience using a project management system to manage tasks
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines while maintaining a
positive attitude
Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media
management, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and ad words/paid
search
Dental or healthcare industry background is a plus
Knowledge of HTML and CSS development and constraints is a plus
Must be a self-starter, able to think-on-your-feet type of
individual
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The work environment of the position is in a professional office
environment with uses of standard office equipment such as
computers, phones, and copiers. Travel for meetings, conferences,
and events out of state may require overnight, weekend, and
international travel.
