This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Regional Vice President Service Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • For example, develops all employees of the region.
  • As proof, demonstrated ability to leveragedata for better outcomes.
  • Develops long term value-based relationshipswith customers and collaborates on overall customer strategies local salesteam.
  • Able to present complex problems andassociated solutions in an engaging manner.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, legal accountability,and all service policies relevant to the position.
  • Forexample, works with dispatch, order management and other service departments toensure smooth service delivery for his/her customers.
  • Implements outlined servicestrategies for assigned territory
  • Practices operationalexcellence through in-depth understanding of territory and business aligningServes as escalation point for assigned customers and service engineers.
  • Achieves or exceeds allassigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to territory

    • BS/BA in relateddiscipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
    • 8+ years of successfulexperience in service operations and responsibilities as presented above.
    • 3 to 5 years experienced inoutlining and implementing operations strategies and growth for entire IDNs.
    • Excellent organizationaland analytical skills, including complex excel workbooks and associated pivottables. Ability to derive appropriate actions from reports.
    • Superior communicationskills (written and oral) and ability to effectively communicate withstakeholders
    • Effectively presentinformation to co-workers and employee groups, including upper management,customers at various levels and public representatives
    • Ability to thrive as amember of a collaborative and cross-functional team
    • Must have a valid driverslicense and a clean driving record over the last three yearsRequired skills to have for thesuccess of this role
      • Knowledge of the DiagnosticImaging industry
      • Ability to articulate andexplain value of Service Agreement offerings
      • MBA or similar advanceddegreesLocation and TravelRequirements
        • Travel expectations: Mustbe willing and able to travel 15% or more as required
