This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Responsible for managing the customer experience program for Molecular Imaging to support the global sales teams in closing product and software sales.
* Liaise with global sales team members to manage logistics in association with customer visits, including but not limited to planning transport, accommodation, and catering.
* Coordinate the availability of appropriate product specialists, product development teams and key experts to support customer visits at the Knoxville and Chicagoland locations.
* Develop and maintain a database of Key Opinion Leaders and global reference sites.
* Assist in the planning and execution of Sales Education events under the guidance of the Global Sales Education Manager.
* Assist in the development of a Clinical Fellowship Program.
* Other duties/tasks as relevant

* Experienced in event planning
* Willingness to travel up to 15%
* Exceptional PC skills (MS Office software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or other design programs
* Functional understanding of the healthcare industry
