This person will be an integral part of a motivated, experienced executive team striving to reinvent and guarantee our customers' positive experience with us and our products.General Responsibilities:

• Establish clear, measurable objectives for the software services team in line with business growth and profitability targets, monitor & measure these objectives regularly, providing coaching & discipline as required.
• Define and implement a transformational strategy to continue the evolution of our implementation services into a proactive, predictive implementation experience to delight our customers.
• Deliver a differentiated, profitable, and consistent implementation experience for all product segments.
• Provide proactive customer follow up, communication & issue management. Ensure contractual obligations are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Lead and develop a strong, motivated team of service professionals, building the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to execute our business strategies and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Create a work environment that promotes learning, sharing and trust. Build a recognition system that accurately rewards the behaviors that best serve our customers.
• Develop operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures to achieve the organization's customer satisfaction and revenue objectives. -
• Present financial, project, and customer satisfaction related presentations to senior management.
