We are a leading construction firm based in Illinois that has been around for 35+ years specializing in Heavy Highway construction projects What You Will Be Doing - The Project Manager works closely with the Project Superintendent to plan, execute, monitor, coordinate, control, and close heavy/highway construction projects.
- Conduct regular project team meetings and manage subcontractors
- Consistent interaction with clients, architects, engineers and local jurisdictions
- Utilize project management tools to track project costs
- Prepare costs for completion and job finalization
- Projects ranging from $5-$20 million What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Project Management Experience working on Heavy Highway/Heavy Civil projects
