• 5+ years in RPA or workflow automation with hands-on experience using Power Automate, UIPath, Zapier, or n8n.io.
• Proven success in implementing scalable automation strategies that enhance efficiency.
• Strong grasp of the automation lifecycle from solution design to deployment.
• Knowledge of security and compliance aspects in automation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking to evaluate and solve intricate process issues.Preferred Skills:
• Experience in professional services sectors like legal or financial.
• Certification in automation or RPA platforms.
