Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
individual to join our team as a General Manager/Store Manager.
This position is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage a
store, and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in business planning, team
management, customer service, strategic planning, and financial
analysis. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in
a similar position. Responsibilities: As a General Manager/Store
Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the
store, including but not limited to: 1. Developing and implementing
strategic business plans to promote the growth and profitability of
the store. 2. Leading and managing a team of employees, providing
them with the guidance and support they need to succeed. 3.
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the store
is always meeting or exceeding customer expectations. 4. Overseeing
the store's financial performance, including budgeting,
forecasting, and financial analysis. 5. Ensuring that the store is
always in compliance with all company policies and procedures, as
well as any applicable laws and regulations. 6. Identifying and
capitalizing on opportunities to improve the store's performance
and increase its market share. 7. Building and maintaining strong
relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key
stakeholders. Qualifications: To be considered for the General
Manager/Store Manager position, you must possess the following
qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar
role, preferably in the car wash or retail industry. 2. A strong
background in business planning, team management, customer service,
and strategic planning. 3. Exceptional leadership and management
skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team
of employees. 4. Excellent customer service skills, with the
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial
data and make informed business decisions. 6. Excellent strategic
planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement
effective business plans. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide
