You can make an impact on the success of our business and that of our customers regardless of what career you decide to pursue.From data scientists to sales and client service experts, we---re hiring to support your growth and ours ---Green--light your career.----Position Description:Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusion Manager supports the development and execution of the CSK Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Inclusion Program. The CSR Manager will be responsible for strong collaboration with key business functions to identify and drive awareness and engagement with CSR programs throughout the organization. The Manager will have primary responsibility for driving internal and external reporting of CSR and Inclusion program impacts and implementing training and awareness programs with key stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone with a broad knowledge of social and environmental sustainability issues,?and diversity and inclusion, with a passion for driving progress toward achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.?Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a key contributor to CDK CSR and Inclusion strategy to drive performance toward short- and long-term goals.
  • Manage projects from design to launch, liaising with multiple internal business functions across the Company?s brands, including Legal, Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Internal Communications, Learning and Development, Procurement,?Operations, Corporate Facilities.
  • Calculate impacts and cost savings from projects and provide analyses of results.
  • Primary responsibility for program communications internally; maintain CSR program information on Company?s intranet.
  • Support external CSR reporting, aligning with Legal and Marketing teams to drive program awareness and communicate program results.
  • Represent CDKs interests with regards to CSR in trade organizations, working groups and forums.
  • Use benchmarking and research skills to proactively identify issues, risks and trends that can affect the Company. Provide analysis and make brand- and Company-appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to connect and align CSR, I&D, and engagement to talent strategies.
  • Participate in key industry events to benchmark and track leading practices.
  • Support engagement and recognition strategies to enable talent strategy.
  • Track developments in environmental and social laws and regulations impacting the Company.
  • Oversee environmental issues management and data analyses.
  • Track and report progress on budget and CSR KPIsQualifications:
    • 5+ years prior experience on a team managing CSR/sustainability initiatives
    • Working knowledge of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
    • MBA preferred but not required; specialized training/educational focus on CSR and diversity and inclusion strategy preferred
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external contacts
    • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Strong internet research skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • A proven track record of results with a bias for action
