Alden Poplar Creek Rehabilitation and Health Care Center - Alden Poplar Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare facilty is looking for CNA's to join our team!
We offer great and competitve wages including shift differentials for PM/NOC shift!
We offer our CNA's a $5,000 sign on bonus program for full time and part time employees! We begin paying your sign on bonus IMMEDIATELY at an extra rate of $3.00 per hour until your bonus is paid in full!
We also offer a Refer a friend bonus of $750 for CNA's!
Dedicated Certified Nurse Aides needed on all shifts to care for the 150 residents at Alden Poplar Creek. Certified Nurse Aide's needed to help perform ADL's, direct care and supervision, and other nursing functions at our post acute and long-term care facility. As a certified nurse aide (CNA) member of our team of professionals you will be rewarded with a great work environment, a generous salary based on your experience level and many incentives to reward you for your continuing good work ethic.
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for the completion of all activities of daily living, completing restorative programs and exercises, documentation of all activities and functions related to each resident, and working collaboratively with their nurse. We listen to our Certified Nursing Assistants to always try to improve the care and services we offer and improve the job satisfaction of each CNA.
We make your work easy with our electronic documentation and reporting system. We have many educational and clinical opportunities as we serve multiple populations including geriatric, post-acute, behavioral health, sub-acute care. Through our commitment to promoting from within, many of our Certified Nurse Aides go on to become Managers of their own departments in our facilities!
Our shifts are 7 a.m-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm and 11 pm-7 am for CNA's. FT and PT shifts are available and we will work around your school/day care schedule. We have a Resident Attendant program (essentially an assistant to the Certified Nurse Aide) to allow new employees in healthcare to experience the benefits of a job in healthcare prior to enrolling in a Certified Nurse Aide program.
