Job Description:
Seeking an enthusiastic LPN/MA to join the clinic team, working
closely with providers to deliver quality patient care.
Responsibilities include maintaining patient flow, escorting
patients, collecting/verifying info, administering medications,
updating records, and supporting care improvement.
Position: LPN or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant in Rapid
Clinic, with .8-.9 FTE, days/evenings schedule.
Provides patient assessments, participates in care planning,
implements interventions, and delegates tasks to team members.
Qualifications: current Minnesota LPN license or MA certification,
BLS within two months, ambulatory care experience preferred,
reliable attendance.
