Pay Information $2,592 to $2,772 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med Surg Neuro Provide care for neuro, spine, and general medical overflow patients Job Duties: Neuro Med Surg RN (Night Shift) Perform neuro assessments and monitor patient status Administer meds, manage IVs, wound, and trach care Care for neuro and general med patients (strokes, seizures, spinal surgeries, etc.) Manage drains, BiPap, HFNC; chest tube care preferred Document care accurately in EPIC Collaborate with healthcare team Float to other units as needed 27653840EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required Experience & Certifications Active WI RN License Minimum 1 year Med Surg experience BLS and NIHSS certifications Required Skills Basic med-surg skills, wound care, neuro checks, trach management, drain/tube management, BiPap, HFNC, post-surgical recovery Preferred: chest tubes, lumbar drains, IV skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Weekly Pay 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Change environments regularly to prevent burnout, maintaining enthusiasm and passion for your nursing career.
