Job Description:

Cath Lab RN We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join a leading healthcare facility in Illinois. This position supports both Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures, with responsibilities including direct patient care, monitoring during procedures, and post-procedure coordination. This role requires flexibility for OR/IR coverage and includes a rotating call schedule. Key Responsibilities: -Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and best practices -Implement and adjust patient care plans, monitoring for changes and documenting accordingly -Monitor, record, and report patient condition and procedural response -Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-coordinated, high-quality care -Serve as a liaison among departments during procedures and recovery -Assist during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and interventional radiology procedures -Contribute to patient discharge planning and education in collaboration with the care team At Sable Corporation, we connect RNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals with contract and per diem opportunities at hospitals across California.
