Registered Nurse (RN) | Other Location: Rockford, IL Agency: Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay: $61 per hour Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : M-RN-292959 Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Diabetes Educator Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Rockford, IL Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri Shift Type: Days Rate: $2,424/40-hours Requirements: Active RN license Clinical nursing experience; diabetes care experience preferred Certification as a Diabetes Educator (CDCES) preferred or obtained within timeframe Strong communication and teaching skills Responsibilities: Educate patients on diabetes management, medications, and insulin administration Provide guidance on blood glucose monitoring and lifestyle modifications Develop and implement individualized diabetes education plans Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams Document patient education and progress accurately
