Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Rockford, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: Full-Time Shift: 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: - At least one year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting - Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER, or oncology preferred - Cardiac or wound certification preferred License: - Must hold an active nursing license Certifications: - BLS certification required Must-Have: - Ability to travel as mileage between visits is paid - Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius Description: This position is focused on providing quality nursing care in a home health setting.
