We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our mission of delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from various injuries and conditions. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Assist occupational therapists in the execution of patient treatment plans. Help patients with therapeutic activities and exercises outlined in their treatment plan. Record patients' progress and relay information to the supervising therapist. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Educate patients and families about the treatment process and home exercises. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate records Knowledge of therapy techniques and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure required. CPR certification
