Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional rehabilitation services. Our mission is to enable patients to regain their independence after serious illnesses or injuries. As part of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each individual, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Implement therapy interventions to address patient-specific physical issues. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health care services. Extensive knowledge of therapeutic practices and modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team. Proficiency in using physical therapy tools and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Certification is desirable.
