Physical Therapist Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State License (pending license acceptable) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Outpatient orthopedic experience - First time travelers not accepted - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Description: Start date is 5/18 and shifts are 4x10 days. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. Locals are accepted at a lower rate. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one sessions with no overlapping of patients. Treatment rooms are designed around a spacious gym area. The role involves working with various patient demographics including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Candidates should have skills in acute care, outpatient clinics, rehab hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Experience with conditions such as cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and cognitive disorders is preferred. Patient ratios will be maintained at 1:1. Background hits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Travel pairs are accepted. Modules completed during orientation will be non-billable if done within the first hours.
