Job Description Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community Health organization. This organization is a large provider of social services and community health in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Located in McHenry County it is an upscale suburb rich in fine arts and culture, restaurants, live theatre and great schools. It is located northwest of Chicago with easy access by train or highway into the city. Neighboring suburbs are Crystal Lake and Barrington. Office is comprised of Primary Care Physicians. Very nice, modern office 100% out patient practice Reasonable patient volume Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 and one 1/2 day on Saturday once a month time allotted for breaks and admin Call is 1:7 by phone only, very light.
