Apply now to make a difference in Wisconsin home health nursing!/n /n/nRegistered Nurse Job Details/n /n - Employment Type: Travel RN/n - Healthcare Setting: Home Health / Case Management/n - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (10/6/2025 – 1/3/2026)/n - Guaranteed Hours: 38-40 hours per week/n - Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour variable days; flexibility based on census)/n - Weekend/Holiday: Weekend rotation every 3rd-4th weekend; holiday rotation required/n - On-Call: 1-2 times during the week and every 3rd or 4th weekend (at least once per month)/n - Travel: Average 4.5 patient visits per day, up to 60 miles/day depending on territory/n - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2100-$2250/n /n/nRegistered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required/n - Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact Registered Nurse license/n - American Heart Association BLS certification/n - Valid driver's license required/n - Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience/n - Previous travel nursing experience required/n - OASIS charting experience required; Epic EMR experience preferred/n - OASIS certification is a plus/n - Strong time management, adaptability, and communication skills/n /n/nHomecare RN Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver skilled nursing care and case management to home health patients in the Portage, Wisconsin area/n - Complete OASIS admissions, episode management, and all required documentation in EMR systems/n - Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams/n - Perform clinical skills including wound care, IV therapy, port management, lab draws, and chronic disease management/n - Participate in weekend and holiday rotations, as well as on-call coverage for triage and urgent patient needs/n - Float to other territories as needed based on census and staffing requirements/n - Demonstrate compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude in all patient interactions/n /n Join our healthcare team in Portage, Wisconsin and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
