Job Description Family Medicine Physician - Waunakee, WI SSM
Health Dean Medical Group in Waunakee, Wisconsin is actively
recruiting a Family Medicine physician to join a well-established,
collaborative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a
physician seeking a supportive team environment and a balanced
outpatient-focused practice. You will join a collegial team of five
Family Medicine physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider in a
busy, medium-sized clinic with both established and new patient
panel available. Practice Highlights: Outpatient Family Medicine
practice with phone-only call coverage Call schedule of
approximately 7-10 weekday calls per year and 1-2 weekends per year
Large call group supporting work-life balance Collaborative,
team-based care model Clinic Services: The clinic offers on-site
access to multiple specialties, supporting comprehensive and
coordinated patient care, including: Orthopedics Sports Medicine
Sleep Medicine Podiatry Eye Services, including retail Optical
Services Physical Therapy Diabetes Education and Nutrition Services
Virtual Behavioral Health Clinical Pharmacist Laboratory Medical
