Highlights - This full-time general otolaryngology position is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated physician to join an established and collegial team of specialists - The ENT division consists of both general and fellowship-trained physicians, with expertise spanning head and neck surgery, laryngology, rhinology, and otology. - You will provide comprehensive general ENT care and the full spectrum of related procedures for both adult and pediatric populations, serving a diverse patient base with an excellent case mix. - The role includes approximately two days a week in the operating room with two office locations: two days a week in Cudahy/South Shore and one day a week in Greenfield. - The practice is robust, and you will see approximately 25 to 27 patients per day. - Each office location features multiple exam rooms and a private office. - Experienced staff, with a Medical Assistant at each location, triage nurses, and future plans to add an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) as the practice expands. - Audiology services are available on site at both office locations. - Excellent call schedule, with coverage every eighth or ninth weekend and weekdays on a rotating basis (either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) every 8 or 9 weeks. - This position affords the opportunity to reside near the scenic shores of Lake Michigan, benefit from the metropolitan amenities of Milwaukee, and partake in abundant four-season outdoor recreation. - EPIC EMR - Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line - Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Training and/or Experience Required - Completion of an accredited otolaryngology residency program - Practice experience preferred but will consider all candidates - Collegial, collaborative and patient-focused are all requirements of the job Benefits - Paid Time Off programs available for eligible positions - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage - Retirement benefits, including 401(k) options with employer contributions and access to financial wellness resources - Flexible spending accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses - Family support benefits, which may include parental leave, adoption assistance, and surrogacy support - Educational assistance and professional development programs - Paid medical liability insurance - Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowances - Relocation assistance - $545,595-$545,596, 2-year guarantee, and sign-on bonus eligible About Cudahy, Wisconsin Located just south of Milwaukee along the shores of Lake Michigan, Cudahy is a close-knit community with a proud industrial legacy and a bright future.
