private practice • Caseload generally includes spasmodic dysphonia,
cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice
concerns, and vibratory injury • Consistent patient demand from
regional and national referrals • Direct mentorship from Dr.
Bastian with strong support for autonomy, innovation, and research
