Treatment Center is a provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
(TMS Therapy). We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part
of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical
assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Our
independent, state-of-the-art TMS Treatment Centers are dedicated
to offering patients one of the most advanced options for treating
mild depressive disorder, Autism, Parkinson's, anxiety disorders
including OCD, PTSD, general anxiety disorder, and other mood
disorders. We offer a non-invasive and highly effective outpatient
clinic. We are seeking a TMS Technician who will be trained to
administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of
our treating Nurse Practitioner. This individual's primary
responsibility will be to administer and manage specific clinical
services, interact regularly with patients, and complete additional
office administrative tasks when time permits. This individual will
work closely with our providers and clinical staff and be
responsible for daily treatments, patient scheduling, and updates
to patient records. They will also learn how to discuss what TMS is
(training provided), how it works, and what to expect with
interested prospective patients. Compensation for this position
will be commensurate with both experience as well as your potential
for growth and development within this position. Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner - Perform EEG
and TMS Treatment - Communicate billing procedures - Escort
patients to treatment rooms Qualifications: - Previous experience
in healthcare administration or other related fields - Familiarity
with medical terminology - Strong organizational skills - Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Must 1 year of EEG
