Position Overview

Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 4 months
Start Date: May 4, 2026

Patient population: Ages 2 and up

Scope of Services

Occupational health services including:
- Breath alcohol testing
- DOT certifications
- Pre employment physicals
- DOT and non regulated drug testing
No workers compensation cases
Wellness programs supported and managed by the Health Coach
No on site dispensary at this time

Compensation
