active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist (PT)
opportunity is available for the Extended School Year (ESY) program
at a school setting in the Waukegan, IL area. This contract
position supports students from Early Childhood through 12th grade
and requires working Monday through Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to
12:15 p.m., with the first and last day extending until 3:15 p.m.
In-person attendance is mandatory for the entire contract duration
from June 15, 2026, to July 26, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Provide
physical therapy services tailored to meet the needs of students
aged Early Childhood to 12th grade. Collaborate closely with
educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment
plans. Monitor and document student progress throughout the ESY
program. Maintain compliance with school policies and state
regulations. Qualifications: Valid Illinois Physical Therapist
license (must provide a screenshot of the IL license). Experience
working in school-based physical therapy or pediatric settings.
Ability to engage with students across a wide grade range from
Early Childhood to high school. Strong communication and teamwork
skills. This role awaits PTA approval and is a contract-based
assignment. Multiple positions are available to support the ESY
session. Candidates must confirm licensure through the Illinois
Department of Financial and Professional Regulation License Lookup.

for this position ranges from $39.28 to $59.28. Eligible candidates
