Are you a Web Specialist with an interest to make a significant

understanding of how web strategy and digital marketing helps
facilitate and enhance the intended customer experience.
As a member of the web team, you will work on a variety of digital
projects, building pages and maintaining cross-browser compatible
and high performing websites, working heavily within the SDL
Tridion CMS as well as other technologies like Brightedge and

relates to developing, improving and optimizing the website,
working closely with product marketing and team members to maintain

- Leads and owns all day-to-day activities of the Omron website,
making sure it is optimized, and troubleshooting any issues. Making
sure content is up to date and optimized.
- Manage incoming web and digital marketing requests,
troubleshooting and resolving website issues.
- Manages enterprise SEO tool to continually work on
content/technical recommendations to improve organic search
- Work with and project manages the development agency to implement
bug fixes/website enhancements using an agile development
methodology. Will be responsible for entering tickets with
developers, gathering requirements, UAT testing, and implementing
fixes/changes with team.
- Manage website improvement projects with vendors, Omron IT, and
internal stakeholders. Gathering requirements/information, making
sure that projects are implemented correctly and within
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement clarifications, unit
testing and integration testing.
- Actively participate in production release, production issue
analysis and coordinating with developers.
- Create, update and publish content as well as maintain all
digital assets for Omron's website serving the Americas: Canada,
US, Latin America and Brazil.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and organize, prioritize and
develop a plan to implement changes to the Omron website.
- Perform site audits to monitor user behavior, refine content to
optimize for SEO and recommend changes to key stakeholders to
improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Communicate internally to stakeholders regarding upcoming
changes/improvements to the website.
- Document and update our technical Wiki.
- Four (4) year Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
- 5+ years' experience in web project management
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools;
Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console,
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content structure,
latest web technology trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- UI/UI design background
- Experience building websites first-hand
- Understanding of hosting providers, domain registrars/DNS
management, website architecture and martech stacks.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web principles
