variety of other perks. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly
skilled and detail-oriented SmartComm QA professional with
extensive hands-on experience in QA processes and SmartCOMM
platform testing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
background in Agile methodologies, test automation, and a deep
understanding of the insurance domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead
quality assurance efforts for projects involving the SmartCOMM
platform. Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and
test cases aligned with business requirements. Execute functional,
integration, smoke, UI, end-to-end, and black-box testing. Perform
test automation within Agile/Scrum teams, focusing on in-sprint
automation. Analyze, log, and track bugs using JIRA, and
collaborate closely with the development team for resolution.
Create and maintain test scripts and documentation throughout the
QA lifecycle. Conduct business functionality testing, ensuring
solutions meet client expectations. Work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications: 7 years of hands-on QA experience, with a
strong focus on SmartCOMM. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum
methodologies and in-sprint automation practices. Strong
proficiency in test case development, test execution, and defect
management. Working knowledge of SQL and a sound understanding of
database concepts. Proficiency in using JIRA for bug tracking and
defect lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills—both
written and verbal. Proven experience in the insurance domain is a
