IT AI Business Analyst Needed (Lombard, IL) Our client, a very large insurance company located in Lombard, IL, is looking for an experienced temporary full-time IT AI Business Analyst. This is a position in which you must be able to speak to specific work you have done as a Business Analyst during the interview. They ARE NOT looking for candidates who are Developers, Scrum Masters or a PMO masked as a Business Analyst. Statements like “I led a team”, “I worked with Senior Leadership to do align xxx” or “I estimated team resources” are the kiss of death in an interview with this client. Be prepared to provide illustrative examples of pure Business Analyst experience. In this position you will be required to “write current IT business requirements (Stories and epics)” i.e. for those that need translation “You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical instructions that developers can follow.” This is a temporary full-time contract position working Monday-Friday 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. Flexible start time between (7:00am and 9:00am). Mostly working remotely from home, with occasional onsite work days in Lombard, IL. A company laptop will be provided for work purposes only. Job Responsibilities · Responsible for integrating the technical aspects of artificial intelligence with the strategic needs of the business. · This role focuses on understanding how AI technologies can support organizational goals and enhance decision-making. Bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders, · An AI Business Analyst ensures that AI initiatives are effectively aligned with the company's objectives, ultimately driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. Job Requirements · At least 7 to 10 years of recent Bus. Analyst experience handling complex projects · High School Diploma minimum, BA/BS highly preferred · IT experience is required and insurance experience is preferred · Recent experience with or knowledge of artificial intelligence is preferred. · Experience with data mapping and migration projects is highly preferred.
