A company is looking for a Corporate Transactional Law Attorney
- Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with corporate transactional legal needs, including
M&A work
Lead and manage legal transactions related to private company
M&A and financing
Oversee general corporate matters such as licensing, NDAs, and
service contracts
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
MA license required
10+ years of experience in corporate law
Extensive experience with private company M&A and financing
Portable book of business of $500K+
