As a Truss Builder, you’ll join a fast-paced production team
assembling wood trusses used in residential, commercial, and
agricultural construction. You’ll work in our brand-new,
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mazomanie, WI , equipped
with advanced tools and technology. Your Responsibilities: Read and
interpret design plans and shop drawings Operate pneumatic nail
guns, saws, and other equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized,
and safety-focused workspace Collaborate with team members and
supervisors to meet production goals Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing (training
available for the right candidate) Ability to read tape measures
and basic blueprints Physical readiness for a hands-on role
(standing, lifting, bending) Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety Positive attitude and team-first mindset What
