Role Snapshot Own setup and calibration for production machinery. Keep equipment running through preventive care and quick troubleshooting. Partner closely with production to meet setup timelines. What You Will Do Set up and calibrate machinery and equipment per defined specs and standards. Conduct routine maintenance and resolve issues impacting performance. Collaborate with production teams to clarify requirements and meet deadlines. Create, update, and maintain accurate records of setup processes and configurations. Support onboarding by training team members on setup steps and safety practices. Spot opportunities to streamline processes and reduce downtime. Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organized work environment. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Background in manufacturing or technical equipment setup (preferred). Mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Comfort reading and interpreting technical documentation and schematics. Detail-focused and able to work independently without close supervision. Basic computer literacy for entries, logs, and reporting. Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams. Core Proficiency Practical experience with injection molding setup and operations.
