2-5 years of experience in engineering leadership and

Experience scaling PostGres / SQL Server databases.
Experience with distributed source control (Git, GitHub Flow),
CI/CD and Agile backlog management tool (Jira).
Ability to employ test driven development and continuous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science or
related field is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of directly
related work experience in one of these fields.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
