The Director of Operations (DO) is a senior-level leader of
amulti-disciplinary team including Center Operations, Sales, and
Technical Services.Through their leadership, the DO fosters a “One
Team, One Partnership” cultureto achieve district goals and
contribute to the overall success of the Company.The DO ensures
that centers operate safely and efficiently while creating
anexceptional guest experience. The DO ensures that each center
embodies ourvalues and delivers on our mission each day, and that
we are positioned for futuregrowth, both in readying and developing
the business, and by coaching anddeveloping strong teams. This
position will report directly to the ChiefOperating Officer.
Specifically,the Director of Operations will lead and support
Provides strategicdirection for the General Manager team to
ensure company initiatives anddirectives as well as performance
goals are achieved.
Achieves sales and revenue goals by implementingappropriate
action plans and tactics, monitoring results and taking
Ensures their teams maintain a mindset ofcontinuous improvement
and helps identify ways to continue to grow and improve.
Studies the business and makes changes andimprovements to
enhance P&L performance.
Ensures effective action plans are in place toenhance financial
performance, performance management, and operating standards.
Ensures the center-level Operations,Sales and Tech teams partner
closely and are aligned to achieve organizationalgoals (One Team,

levels of management are developing skills and capability.

including Risk, IT, Finance, Marketing, and HumanResources.
As assigned, participates in company initiativeplanning, program
development, and strategic projects.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbal and written.
Ability to allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks and
work well under pressure
Skilled at coaching, developing and motivating others
Ability to collaborate and influence at multiple levels and

Demonstrated success in the development and execution of
Proven track record of building sales, developing teams and
Minimum of 10 years in the hospitality, restaurant, and/or
family entertainment industry with a demonstrated record of
performance and progressive career growth
Minimum of 2 - 5 years as a successful multi-unit leader,
leading high performing teams
High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree in
Business Management, Restaurant Management, or other related field
Ability to travel 50% of the time in the field
