The Director of Global Talent Acquisition will play a critical
leadership role in executing CDK’s talent strategies as we continue
to drive current and next generation growth and technology. This
leader will develop and execute a strategic approach to talent
attraction and hiring across the globe in support of the
organization’s mission. This role will be responsible for enhancing
global talent acquisition processes and integrating with broader
talent strategies to lead a data driven and future focused talent
This role will oversee both the North America and International
Talent Acquisition functions (international team is based out of
the UK) and reporting directly to the VP Global Talent. In
partnership with key business leaders and HR COEs (business
partners, compensation/benefits, HR ops), she/he will develop
short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies to meet the
needs of the business while evolving the function and capabilities
for future business needs. She/he will be accountable for
delivering against shared goals such as tech modernization, data &
analytics, inclusion & diversity, and values integration.
This individual must be passionate about doing more than the
status quo, with a passion for understanding business needs and
addressing those needs in thoughtful and meaningful talent
acquisition strategies. This position is ideal for someone who
excels in people leadership, operational excellence, and ‘outside

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead a global talent acquisition function equipped to deliver
against organizational talent strategies today and in the future
aligned with business growth expectations.
a. Globalize talent acquisition to create and maintain
consistencies and efficiencies across the globe in talent
attraction and hiring practices.
b. Strategically partner with internal and/or external resources
to enhance or deploy employer brand strategies to attract diverse
talent and reinforce CDK brand awareness for both technical
and non-technical roles and candidates.
c. Partner with key stakeholders internally and/or externally to
build and deploy the formalization of a CDK EVP.
d. Oversee the progression of the campus intern program to
enrich the impact of early career talent pipelines into critical

recruiting operationalization and improve candidate, recruiter, and
hiring manager experiences.
c. Leverage data and insights to deliver effectively against key
TA metrics, strengthen HR and business relationships, and fortify
the talent acquisition brand at CDK.
d. Complete RFP for recruitment marketing strategy partners and
elevate our ability to attract top talent.
10+ years experience in full lifecycle and global Talent
Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in technology and/or
growth organizations with demonstration of success.
Strong business acumen, HR acumen.
Strong business partnering and influencing skills.
Strong people leadership capabilities and talent development
Strong operational execution skills; ability to lead multiple
initiatives simultaneously and execute on time and with
