CDK Global is hiring a full-time B usiness Operations/Reporting
This position can be located anywhere within the United States
since it travels 75%-100% annually. Travel is nation-wide on
a weekly basis.
The Business Ops / Reporting Analyst is responsible to research,
analyze, observe, report out on and make recommendations to an
organization’s business process. This associate will partner
and collaborate with the subject organization to drive operational
process excellence and adoption throughout the organization.
The Business Ops / Reporting Analyst will develop project plans,
communicate changes, and ensure critical timelines are adhered.
Upon completion of efforts with partnered organization, the
business will receive updated process documents and materials.
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
People / Collaboration: 33%
. Evaluate and provide feedback if roles are operating as
expected and desired outcome is achieved.
. Partner with organization subject matter experts to
collaborate throughout the initiative process.
. Support the implementation of new business processes and/or
systems by hosting meetings (in person or webinars) and
communicating/providing guidance to end-users.
. Provide feedback to key stakeholders regarding issues,
additional training needs, and the overall success of the
. Help identify the training needs of new or existing employees
in the proper business process (as needed).
. Through close interaction & alignment with front line
associates, managers and directors, associates will travel to
locations throughout North America as needed to review and assess
business processes, workflows, work assignments, drawing on
SME’s, to develop a plan for required improvements/changes.
Processes / Transformational Change: 33%
. Provide process expertise by engaging with the business to
. Determine the definition of success desired at completion of
each initiative before starting.
. Review role training materials, documentation, and standard
operating procedures to understand current state of how role should
. Collect and document business requirements for project
and process improvement efforts (if needed).
. Work with complex processes and break them down, rebuilding as

. Study operational and performance data to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement.
. Identify & capture gaps that create barriers to achieving
efficiencies or adoption of standard business processes
. Develop and implement operational reports to help the
organizations follow the desired standard processes
. Provide regular feedback to the Business Ops / Reporting
Manager on the progress and issues associated with the initiatives
. Contribute to other initiatives as directed by the Business
Ops / Reporting Manager or Operational Excellence Director
Qualifications & Job Requirements

. Proven ability to effectively manage difficult situations with
internal / external customers or stakeholders
. Superb active listening skills
. Experience with executing customer-facing implementation or
product delivery projects
. Excellent interpersonal/communication
Processes / Tooling / Reporting
. Excellent presentation skills (virtual / in person)
. Demonstrates strong process improvement skills
. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and
balancing competing priorities.
. Technical aptitude to learn and understand CDK processes along
with client training requirements.
. Automotive dealership experience preferred
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
. Ability to travel 75+% of the time

. Ability to consult and collaborate cross-functionally with
. Excellent time management skills; ability to handle

Sigma etc. desirable
