We have exceptional opportunities to evolve our industry by driving change through new technology.If you're ready for high-impact, you're ready for CDK.This is an F5 centric networking role:* Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting F5 load balancers with Big-IP LTM, DNS, AFM, APM and ASM* Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required.* Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution * Design and implement load balancing solutions in hybrid networking environments (On-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP).* Can deliver technical presentations to include whiteboards at an executive level through to detailed technical staff.* Proven grasp of LAN and WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing, and security (e.g., Layer 4-7, firewall, DDoS, etc.)* Industry and F5 Networks-targeted technologies i.e. Application Delivery Control, Application Access Control, SSL intercept/inspection, and Web Application Firewall Security.* The ability to script in either Python or PowerShell to extract data from documented API's, write automation utilizing common IaC tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef).* Experience in AWS cloud technologies such as AWS RDS, EC2, Amazon Aurora, S3 buckets etc.* Oversees conformance to departmental standards, meet audit and compliance processes * Evaluate new technology from time to time to benefit the applications and/or administer database.* Institute processes for continuous improvement.* Experience using agile methodologies, Jira and other Atlassian products.* Knowledge of ITIL ProcessesLocation: Hoffman Estates IL, Destin FL, Austin TX, San Jose CA, Portland ORCDK Global knows you have passions outside of work.
