The Sales Support Specialsit for Hardware Solutions will be responsible for the intake and execution of customer requests for new or additional contracting for hardware.  The individual will be responsible for attaining monthly and yearly SLA's and productivity metrics set forth by sales leadership both from Inside Sales and from product owners and stakeholders throughout the business.

 

What to expect in this role:

Manage all inbound Hardware leads (Scanners, Printers etc.). This includes leads from Sales and direct from customers. Creating contracts to present to the client. Utilize Sales Automation tools to define current application and opportunities.  Present Hardware options to clients including functions, features and benefits.  Minimally achieve your annual assigned goals.  Utilize all resources at your disposal with particular emphasis on the inclusion of all Channel partners and Inside Management.  Utilize salesforce.com and the sales automation tools to effectively manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate quotes. Communicate daily with channel partners and participate in all team meetings and conference calls.

  • 1+ year with consistent, daily outbound dialing or similar experience
  • Advanced time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
